However, to decrease your risk of injury, it may be important for you to hire a powerlifting coach who can teach you proper technique and provide you with a competent powerlifting program. If you do get injured, it is also important to seek out help from a licensed physical therapist to help you manage your injury and get you back to powerlifting.
