Herniated Disc

When the soft inner portion of a spinal disc bulges or ruptures through the tough outer layer, it can compress nearby nerves, causing sharp, radiating pain, numbness, or weakness, especially in the legs (sciatica).

Spinal Stenosis

This condition involves the narrowing of the spinal canal, which compresses the nerves. It often causes chronic pain, tingling, and weakness that worsens with standing or walking.
